Navy Yard and Southwest Waterfront Guide

about-main-page-photo.jpg

The Navy Yard and Southwest Waterfront neighborhoods use to be an area I typically avoided growing up. For the occasional Nats game we'd metro in and leave immediately after. Not because it wasn't safe or anything, but there wasn't much around. Over the past five years or so for better or for worse the area's been revamped and plays host to some of the best breweries, restaurants and, activity spots in the city.
