Today we're visiting the most notorious of spots in any major city, DOWNTOWN! Every downtown area is uniquely different but still eerily similar. DC's downtown has two major neighborhoods Chinatown and Penn Quarter and a mini neighborhood City Center. Each have their own bustling streets, delicious restaurants and, great shopping.
